Package Thefts from Homes

Yesterday (April 5) we had reports of two packages that had been stolen after being delivered to homes. One was from Hemlock Rd. (containing medication). The other was from Rice Rd.

Last night, a resident of Old Colony Rd. found some opened and discarded packages in their yard near the street. One package was from Rice Rd. (contained appliance parts). The other package had the address label removed but it contained children toys. We do not know where that was stolen from. The package from Hemlock Rd. (with medicine) had been delivered at 2pm and has not been found.

If you have any information about these thefts, or noticed anyone or vehicles that were suspicious please contact our Detectives at 781-741-1443 or by email at Detectives@hingham-ma.gov.
