1. Where can a take the required safety course?

Many gun shops, sporting clubs, and individuals offer the safety course. We can not recommend any one class, but we suggest you contact your local gun store or perform a search online.

2. How long does it take to process an application?

Once we submit your application it generally takes between 6-8 weeks for the state to send us your new license.

3. How will I be notified when my license is ready to be picked up?

An officer from the Firearms Licensing Unit will call the contact number you provided on your application when your license is ready to be picked up.
