Hingham, MA - A driver suffered non-life threatening injures Saturday morning when his truck crossed over several lanes and struck a utility pole on the oncoming side of road.
The crash happened on February 10, 2024 at 3:31am near 75 Whiting St. (Route 53). The truck had been driving eastbound. The driver, who did not attempt to slow, may have fallen asleep while driving. After impact, the pole broke in half and landed on the truck. Whiting St. was closed for until 4:45am.
